Weight Watchers
I started Weight Watchers last week. I figured it was a good time to start eating healthy and getting in shape. Weigh in is tonight so I'll see how I did this first week.

I started working out last night, but I've been back on my low carb diet for about a week or so. Trying to exercise a lot more than I used to. I gained about 10lbs from Thanksgiving through the New Years, so want to lose that and another 10 or 15. But as long as its steady progress I am fine with taking all year to get to my goal weight.

Sorry I speel good woung, lol. Good job Glen on your 1st week on weight watchers, I'm a member of them too, I've been with weight watchers for 5 weeks and have lost 6.0 pounds.
