One More Week Down
I made it through my second full week of work outs even though I had a bad cold. I got in 5 work outs instead of 6 but made progress on cardio time and the amount of weight. How is everybody else doing?

How is EveryBODY doing?
Well, I managed to work out Saturday, Sunday and this morning. I did Chest and Back on Saturday and 30 minutes of cardio on my elipto. Then I did legs and arms on Sunday and 25 minutes of cardio. This morning I used the ellipticisor for 30 minutes. Still weigh 219.5. Trying to stay with it.
